thanks to all those who came out to belmar block 7 last night! i had a great time talking with everyone. there’s still artwork left from all the artists, so don’t hesitate heading down to anam cara living art studio and gallery to check it out. k.carpenter will be back there dec. 17th for the holiday festival of the arts party. tell one tell all, come out and support some the of finest denver local artists!
earlier in the week, i had the opportunity to apply to two juried shows coming in 2011. the cherry creek arts festival has an emerging artist program for us less known creatives. if selected, i will have my own booth for hundreds of thousands to see and i will be mentored by a festival veteran throughout the weekend of one of the most renowned art festivals in the nation! this is all new to me, so i’m pumped for the opportunity!
